Luxetips Automobiles: Hit The Road This Valentine’s Day Weekend With Ford Fusion

Hello Divas:

Life is good. Enjoy it.

Ford has a pretty cool Valentine’s Day Weekend/Ford Fusion promotion that is quite unique.  You and your sweetie can keep the Valentine’s celebration going by taking a road trip in the new Ford Fusion.  I love taking road trips via solo or with the person I love.  They are so much fun.  XOXO.

Fill Up Your Fusion Love Tank and Hit the Road this Valentine’s Day
Whether you’re planning a romantic Valentine’s Day weekend in a North Georgia cabin or surprising your loved one with a weekend walking the pier at Tybee Island, rekindle your romance this Valentine’s Day by taking a road trip.
A recent survey from YourTango.com, collaborating with Ford, shows couples use road trips for “quality time” that allows them to reconnect.  In fact, 91 percent of couples have taken road trips together, and 84 percent agree the experience has strengthened their relationship, according to the survey of more than 1,000 couples.
Modern travel technologies, such as the ones available on the all-new Fusion, can enhance this experience even further by assisting the respondents’ favorite three ways to pass the time, which are:
  • Getting some quiet time and taking in the sights.
Through the newly released BeCouply location suggestion app and Ford’sSYNC® Applink™, couples can ask, “What are some good date ideas nearby?” In response, SYNC lists out suggested date ideas and guides couples through their preferred activities, all while using voice commands and allowing drivers to keep their eyes on the road.
  • Talking and catching up with each other.

The new Fusion Titanium enhances night driving with an ambient lighting system that provides a relaxing and pleasant cabin environment.  An auto-dimming rearview mirror ensures the driver is never blinded by other vehicles with bright headlights coming up from behind, so you can focus on the road – and on your conversation.
  • Blasting their favorite music.
Thanks to a new integration between Rhapsody and SYNC® Applink™, Rhapsody listeners with Ford SYNC-enabled vehicles can use voice commands and radio buttons on their steering wheel to control the Rhapsody app on their smartphones, making it safe and easy to access all the music they want and rock out on the road.  (Of course, those who choose not to rock out can access more relaxing, romantic tunes, too.)
