Luxetips Travel! Keystone Resort Where Kids Ski Free Kicks Off Ski Season On Halloween
Worrying only causes wrinkles and gray hairs. Everything always works out in the end.
I love skiing and it is time to introduce the luxe kids to one of my favorite recreational sports and Keystone Resort in Colorado is the perfect place.
Keystone Resort is once again offering free lift tickets for children 12 and under with a two or more night stay at any Keystone owned/operated property. Wowza!
Keystone also has their celebrated Kidtopia events and activities.
Kidtopia provides an indoor play area and family movie events plus weekly parades and fireworks displays. Now in its fifth season, Kidtopia provides unique ways for families to experience the adventure of Keystone’s mountain environment, whether exploring the mountaintop snowfort, dancing along to tunes at one of the resort’s two ice skating rinks, searching for Bigfoot or learning about the wonders of the night sky. Coupled with all of the resort’s on and off-snow activities including a mountaintop tubing hill, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, scenic sleigh rides, ski biking, mountaintop snow cat tours, an indoor tennis center and resort pools, families will easily fill up their days with one of a kind mountain experiences that will be shared memories for years to come.
Another AMAZING aspect of Keystone is the après ski scene which caters to the whole family. After a day of enjoying the slopes, everyone can head over to the Last Life bar at Mountain House for eats and drinks. Last Lift offers kids après ice cream socials and craft events while adults enjoy adult beverages. In addition, Bighorn Bistro at Keystone Lodge has a kids-only dining room that has a special buffet, crafts and kids entertainment. So while adults are enjoying the bottomless mimosa brunch, the kids are well entertained and enjoying their brunch as well. Genius!
